Data collected online is stored in a Microsoft SQL database, a protected, secure data centre that is unreachable by the Internet. ChennaiStayz employees are required, as a condition of their employment, to treat personal information held by ChennaiStayz as confidential, and to maintain the confidentiality of that personal information.

      Sometimes, ChennaiStayz needs to collect personal information about individuals who are not guests but booking on behalf of a guest. This will usually arise where we collect the name and business contact details of a person who is the contact in a company with whom we deal. ChennaiStayz ’s policy is to only use personal information collected from non-customers for the main business purpose for which it was collected.

      Under the Privacy Act, you have a right to seek access to information which ChennaiStayz holds about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct information about you which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. When you deal with ChennaiStayz, whether online or otherwise, ChennaiStayz takes its privacy obligations seriously.
